The Protective Workplace is a non-profit organization for adults, with disabilities from all race groups in Graaff-Reinet, Eastern Cape. The purpose of the Workplace is to provide an opportunity for people with physical, psychological or mental disabilities, who are unable to compete in the open labour market. The quality of life, self-image and value systems of these people are improved due to the fact that they are cared for physically, and psychologically, and are taught income-generating skills.
